• Contrary to popularized beliefs, ice in all restaurants is safe to drink!
• Bali Belly is a common name for foreign bodies adjesting to new foods, it is easily treatable with charcoal, coconut water and rest!
• Dengue is not common and the best protection is mosquito spray

•  If you get injured or become sick it is best to have travelers insurance for hospital or doctor visit coverage
• Hospitals and Doctors offices are easily accessible and affordable with high quality care

• All accommodation will be in hostels

• Bali is beautifully sunny but can also be known to have rainy days and even storms. To  be prepared please back a raincoat or poncho and an umbrella. Rain boots will not be necessary.
• Please pack sunscreen and a hat. We will be in the sun often.
• Bali is very hot compared to most countries, wearing shoes everyday can be uncomfortable, bring sandals.
• Adventure Extend, we will be up in the mountains which is much colder than the central and southern parts of bali. Bring 2 warm tops and bottoms.

• We will be doing a wide range of activities, please look over the list of activities in your tour to gauge what you may need to pack.
• There will be optional casual yoga almost every day as well as a midday yoga class each week. Please bring clothes yiou can easily stretch and move in.
• We will be walking a lot and in week 2 (Adventure Extend) will be hiking, rock climbing and more! Please bring running shoes.
• Night activities and dinners can be fun to dress up for!
